The Division of Student Learning and Academic Success and the College of Undergraduate Studies is recruiting members of the Learning Institute for Elders (LIFE) to serve as academic and career coaches for UCF juniors and seniors. LIFE Coaches will complete approximately 40 hours of training to guide and support college students in ways that will benefit their post-baccalaureate academic aspirations and/or career pathways. LIFE Coaches will also have opportunities to engage in additional training that may lead to coaching certification. LIFE coaches should be available to commit a minimum of one hour per week for each student assigned to them. Coaches will be assigned to no more than 2 students per academic semester.
