Knights Food Pantry
The Knights Helping Knights Food Pantry was created by the UCF LEAD scholar students in 2009 to provide free food and necessities to any fellow student who was struggling. The Pantry serves about 4,000 students every month—or an estimated 14% of UCF’s undergraduate student population.
LIFE members have contributed to the Pantry through food drives and cash donations for many years. In October of 2022, LIFE members contributed 287lbs of food and $3,035 in donations. LIFE board also makes a yearly monetary donation to the pantry.
Students who present a valid student ID can pick up 5 food items each day. There is no limit for toiletries or clothing.
Highly requested items are:
- Hamburger & Tuna Helper
- Cereal & Cereal Bars
- Canned Beans

The pantry is located at 4133 Pyxis Lane. Off Parking Lot B9 which is next to Parking Garage B and across the street from the Wellness gym. LIFE members can pull their cars to the front of the curb past the dumpsters but before the shuttle stop. There is a small walkway to go straight and if you make a right, you will find the pantry. Two donation bins are outside on the left-hand side of the front door for contactless drop-off. Donations can dropped off during the hours of operation Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. You can call 407-823-3663 if you need assistance. Someone will come out to your car to collect your donations.
You can donate online directly to the Foundation at www.ucffoundation.org/knightshelpingknights or you can mail a donation check to the pantry. Endorse the check to Knights Helping Knights Pantry.
