Instructions to LIFE members regarding LIFE Experiential trips
Participants: Experiential trips are provided for LIFE members ONLY.
Confirmation: Once a LIFE member has signed up for an event, he/she will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If he/she does not receive this confirmation, please contact info@lifeatucf.org. *Please check your spam folder.
Wait List: Once the maximum number of participants, the program will accept a certain number of sign ups over the maximum. This number serves as the wait list. Frequently a few people cannot make the trip and the wait list fills.
If a LIFE member finds he/she is unable to attend after signing up, please contact info@lifeatucf.org so that someone on the wait list can attend in his/her place.
Reminder: Participants will receive a reminder email a few days before the event with details, including directions and special instructions.
Transportation: Participants provide their own transport. Please meet the trip leader at the event/destination.
Student Badge and ID: Please wear your LIFE student badge to all events and carry an ID with you. On occasion a destination will require us to check in with security and produce photo IDs.
Virtual Trips: Virtual trips do not require transportation or LIFE student badge, but do require participants are able to use the virtual platform (such as Zoom) used for the specific trip. Contact info@lifeatucf.org if you have any questions about the virtual trip format.
