Membership has closed for 2025- 2026.

LIFE does not have a waitlist. Please complete the Prospective Member Form below to receive information on joining LIFE for 2026-2027. Membership will reopen on May 1, 2026.

**Please note, couples should apply separately with a unique email address.

(The Membership fee for the 2025-2026 year was $225 plus a one-time application fee of $25.) There is no fee to add your name to our Prospective Members.
